Ushi Jiro offers a course meal of its most popular grilled dishes and delicacies.Recommended meat appetizers include premium lean meat yukhoe and lean meat sushi.The grilled dishes include thick-sliced tongue and rare cuts, as well as specially selected skirt steak from rare Japanese Black Beef.Of course, we also have loin, ribs, and our fresh, proud offal. To finish off, we have Kuroge Wagyu sirloin yakisuki, which goes perfectly with the meat, and when wrapped in hot rice, it becomes the ultimate yakisuki TKG!
